ESBI HOW DO PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH IT AND ITS A WONDER VERIZON ALLOWS THIS TOO. WHERE IS THEIR SECURITY. Internet

As I told Verizon, I will pay for this charge and that charge which I am aware off but ESBI can go where the sun don't shine. I called ESBI and they did credit my verizon account but ESBI did it again, charge me for a wwwhello mail fee. and, once again verizon spent time making that billing page for ESBI showing what I owed and I am sure verizon did it for thousands of other verizon people rip off by this ESBI. I wonder at times why verizon allows this. Don't verizon have any security? Does it mean, okey, let me charge this to this person, I will contact verizon since they will do me this service and tell verizon, hey buddy, I want this money out of one of your customers, will you bill George Keough for this and that. The dum fool will pay it. In this day of age people have no time to really think things out because of their busy lifes. Most people think they ordered a service when they did not. But, that big company verizon should, before they do any other company a service, check things out. How do these companies even use verizon as a go between any ways. Once again, I will tell verizon no pay for rip off ESBI and I will not even waste my breath calling ESBI. Nice human beings ESBI people are. To get over and make a dollar they could care less who they hurt and what they put victims through. It may be a little amount but it does take time to do all this and say, something is wrong here with this bill.
