i have been trying to get my money back from this co. for so long.first capital consumers group took my credit card fee of 199.00$ and promise me a credit card that i never received. i was so looking forward to having a credit card,i was contactd by this co. by telephone and asked if i needed a credit card. i gave them the money and never got the card . i also sent a certified letter and returned the packet back to first capital consumers group. someone signed for the packet and my request for my money to be return on 07/09/02. and i have not received my refund of 199.00$$ yet. can u please help me get my money returned.
