Five Star Commerce, LLC Dr. Micheal Anderson Indicated that the company would provide a written gaurantee of service, and that if the customer was not satisfied a refund was available. Neither was provided. I have requested a refund. Company Phoenix, Arizona

I was contacted by five star commerce, supposedly because i had a good credit rating. They claim to have a good relationship with mastercard and visa. I was told by a salesman Dr. Michael Anderson that the best way to use their company's services was to purchase leads. He specifically state that the company would be sending a gaurantee in writing regarding the puchased leads. He further indicated that if i was not satisfied with the service a 60 day refund was available.

Since I purchased the product, I have been unable to contact Dr. Anderson (he gave me his cell but never answers it). I have contacted the company frequently to ask questions about the website, and my leads. The only service i have received is how to use the website. I have been requesting my written gaurantee for more than a month. I have complained about their customer service multiple times. I have left messages for calls regarding my leads and my dissatisfaction with the service provided.

I have now been informed that there is no refund available. And that no gaurantee exists. I have requested that they listen to the recorded conversations in particular the one between Dr Anderson and myself.

Be very leary of these companies. I have since learned that their are multiple complaints against this company with the better business bureau about this company. I encourage everyone to look closely at the online business bureau and the better business bureau before agreeing to speak with anyone who claims to represent credit card companies. In particular if they give you their cell phone number.
