This company is a ripoff. They post on Craigslist that there is a home where the owner can no longer make payments and if you take over payments the house will become yours. They list a contact number for a contact agent, which is really a marketing agent and not the agent for that particular house.

I asked the agent about this particular house and was told that this house and many more like them are available thru there website, but a 198.00 access fee was required. I was assured that if I did not find a home within one year I would be refunded my access fee.

I logged on to the website after paying the money and found a listing of names and addresses of foreclosure homes but that is it. Nothing like what the add implyed. Here is the actual add posting in Craigslist

I have contacted the same number on the above posting to complain about what is posted and what I received and all I get is the run-around. I called customer service at 805 337-0101 and get a voice mail and when I do get someone on the phone they can't answer my question about the descripence and they say they will call me back, but have yet to do so.

Do not fall into the same scam as I did. I only wished I had researched more about the company before I made this purchase. Do a google search on this company and you will see what I mean.
