International Magazine Company - IMC Harrassment York Pennsylvania

I got a call one day repeatedly from this company so I answered and they started off saying about how I'd won the priliminary of this sweepstakes and that all I had to do was verify my credit card number. My bank was running this same exact sweepstakes so I thought it was ligit. Then after I did that they started talking about my payment and these magazines that I was getting and everything started to get confusing. Im only 18 so I really didnt understand a whole lot about what was going on. I do not know how they got my cell and my house number, they also knew my address and I had never spoken to these people until that day. They also said that I won a diamond watch. That night I told my parents what happened and my mom told me to immediatly check my account and I had $40 taken out of my account. My mom then tryed calling back the numbers that were calling me but could not get ahold of anyone. After this I closed my account at the bank the next day and opened another one. They kind of let me alone calling maybe once every 3 days but I wouldnt answer or I would hang up on them. Then yesterday they litterly called me every 15 minutes. They started harrassing me that they will take me to small claims court even though they dont have anything in writting saying that I authorized this. I asked to speak with a supervisor numerous times and I can't speak to one unless I pay the remaining balance. I didn't remember much about the first phone call because it was like a month ago but they told me yesterday that I owed a balance of $900 and trust me if they had said anything like that in the first place, which I know they didn't, I would have even more fastly stopped it but now they were giving me false information to get more money out of me. I kept saying I don't have your magazine, and you don't have my money, let's call it even, but that didn't work. I'm gunna talk to an attorny today and see what we can do because if I can I will file a harrassment charge against them. It's rediculous! I mean I'm still really shaken up and freaked out and worried that I could get in trouble with the law when I didn't even sign anything. All they have is a recording of our conversation which would clearly show I couldnt get a word in and their info. now is completely differen't. Also I'm scared that they could doctor up my recording to make me say stuff that I didn't!
