IXE Accelerated Financial Center, llc took advantage of the elderly did not know what i was doing i thought he was from BOA and telling me i had to make the payment i did not not know it was a credit help company Altamonte Springs Florida

To whom it may concern...

I am filing a claim aganist IXE and Banc Tech .I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company and it was resolved .but now they are trying to charge me again for 995.00. The man i was talking to on the phone was talking so fast i really did not understand what he was wanting. I took it as he was calling from Bank Of America wanting to settle that debt thats the only reason i gave him my card # .I cant afford to pay 995.00 ,I am a widow woman for 36 yrs and on a fixed income. iI am doing the best i can to pay the bills i already have .I feel I was taking advantage of by this company .

When I was contacted by IXE ,I felt very pressured into saying yes ok i will pay it.. again i thought it was for the Bank Of America account not some company wanting to help me settle all my debt .I called a few days later and wanted to cancel cause i was tricked into it. im 78 yrs old and i cant sleep because this is driving me crazy My credit card company did get the money credited back but now they are charging me again please help me I dont have 995.00 to give to these people that take advantage of the elderly ..
