Kensington Assistance Agency took $299.95 out of my bank account and promised at least $5,000.00 or a full refund, I never received anything, ripoff New york New York

Kensington assistance took 299.95 from my bank account. I was promised 5000.00 or a full refund I never herd from them for about 6 months. I tried to call them several times and the number was dissconnected.

well it is about 7 months later and they have sent me papers in the mail about stuff they can help me with it has nothing to do with a grant. I contacted them with there new number witch is 866-889-1903. They ask me to give them my phone number so I did and they knew who I was I just told them I wanted my money back then they just hung up on me.

well I called them back and told them I wanted the money back that they stoled from me they said they didnt still any money from me. I told them I had kids at home to feed and cloth and it is just ashamed how they could do this to people. After about 30 minutes of aruging with them they told me to send back the papers that I just received in the mail at the post office get a tracking number and then in about 3 days call them back and they will confirm that I have sent the papers back and they would issue me a check for the full balance minus 29.95 shipping and handlind that I never agreed to pay to them.

To anyone reading this please do not trust this people they are liers cheets scam artist cruel sorry people to take money from us. I have very little money and I though this was something that could help my family and I trusted it,but I will never trust anything like this again. To everyone that got riped off by this people Im sorry and I know how you feel.
