Upon receiving another "unordered shipment" of Wu-Yi Source tea at the incredible charge of $60, I started some research. Seems that they are merely sending oolong tea which is $2 in any asian food market. THEN, I find out that I've been paying for "Living Lean" for six months without my knowledge. They NEVER told me I was signed up..never gave me any indication that it existed. Somewhere in the fine print of Wu-Yi is a notice that you will also recieve a subscription to Living Lean. Since you are not required to read terms and conditions, this seems highly illegal. You have no clue that you're subscribing to a website rah-rah to encourage dieting.

Living Lean offered to refund only one month. I've yet to see it. I plan on contacting the Nevada Attorney General's office on this matter. I will also contact some attorney's to see if a class action lawsuit makes sense. Anyone want to join me??
