Mailbox Magazines needs to be shutdown Tamarac Florida

I have received a call once before from mailbox magazines and I said no thanks but it does sounds like a good deal. Somewhere around a month later I got the call again with a different person and I decided to grab the offer. He mentioned something about me being a credit card holder and asked me which card, visa or MasterCard worked best for me. He then told me I was entered into a sweepstakes and I did not have to purchase anything. He then went on to tell me they have a magazine offer. Receive 8 magazines for only a dollar a day. I decided to bite but I didnt have much money at the time. My information was red off to me and I verified that it was correct. Somewhere in there he said I have a choice to receive a ladies or mens diamond watch and I chose the ladies.

After all that was set up and I was to receive information a lady called me and told me I had to go threw a recording. I was at work and had been on the phone for a while anyway and I told her I was busy could we do that later and said no so we did it. This is when she said 59.80 dollar payments for 16 months, I said ok is a suspicious manner to the payments and to cant be canceled and it was over I signed up for something I didnt want. Threw all this talking on the phone I was districted and not focused because I was working while talking. Im glad to find out im not the only one to be scammed. I did the math later to find the total and was in hoped It was 6 months and not 16. a few days later I got a letter saying it was 16 month so I called them and not I couldnt cancel. I went to bbb.org against them and changed my debit card. I would rather pay a 1000 dollars to a lawyer than 956 dollars to something I dont want.
