Mega Movie Club - Consumer Reward Network ripoff Canoga Park California

A telemarketing company called consumer reward network calls and askes you to try a new club and then they will give you a $500 shoping reward to spend as you like.

They also ask for your checking account number so they can charge you $4.95 for the free gift. They also say that after 30 days they will charge your account 119.90 for the set up fee.

They give you a toll free number to call if you have a promlem.

However no one at the toll free number answers the phone. I sent them a letter requesting them to cancel my membership but they still deduct the money from your account.

They also never sent the $500 free gift.

I learned my lesson. Never give your checking acciunt number out to anyone.
