Morgan & Associates Advance America Harasing Phones Calls-Phishing Anahiem, California

Morgan Associates are calling my home, cell and work stating I took out a payday loan and owe money. Very threatening. They speak poor English- Indian dialect- States the original creditor is Cash Advance America but the monetary amount keeps changing and they can't provide a business phone for said loan company.  When asked to be transferred to Loan Company, they transfer to an investigator that sounds just like the person I previously spoke with. They give names like Anthony and Bob, but oviously are not because they can't speak English very well. They Provide a false case number and state they are charging me with criminal theft, and 3 other counts. I have not taken out any payday loans with said company or any loans with any of the amounts they have suggested. When looking on line about both companies- local phone-405-5066940 and return call-347-4414120- both show scam reports for both numbers with similar complaints. I know they have to be phishing as their information is not valid and they are not willing to provide any supporting documents. They demand that I "Take care of this immediately to avoid prosecution." Unable to provide info about the said loan such as account number. They do know where I bank. Accounts have been closed. Beware!!!
