We were asked to confirm our address and what fax machine we use. National sent us 6 boxes of toner and a bill for $859.88. When I asked for written verification of this they can only tell you who they talked to and that accepting a UPS shipment is verification.
This company sends you products you do not need that are not good quality and then tries to collect payment on this.
Victoria gets nasty with you on the phone then insults you. She is outrageously a very nasty person if you do not agree with her, and she will not let you talk.
I wouold be willing to start a class action against this company and get the Attorney General involved to bring these people to justice.
