i received a reward 660 credit card in my mail i didn't order but they are telling me i got to pay the full amount of $250.00 to close the account. the card is no good they e-mailed me telling me they would turn it over to the credit bearu if i don't have the full amount in by dec.7

If you did not (i) activate (ii) use (iii) or make a payment on the said account, you are not held responsible for anything that may appear on the statement.
