    Corporate Advocacy Program
On 15-Aug-07, I spoke with Phil Gilberts (Web Wealth Strategies Rep) who called me to sale me an online business. I bought the package for $399 with his marketing guarantee, that if I was not happy with it, I would be fully refunded my purchase price for up-to one year.

Phil Gilberts failed to tell me that after my paperwork was received in the mail that an advertisement agency would call me and solicit advertisement requirements; they varied in price from $4,000.00 to $13,000.00. This was an unknown surprise to me, which I can't afford, so I elected to withdraw from the program and asked for my un-conditional refund which I was promised.

I have called Sabrina, customer service at Web Wealth Strategies, 1-800-590-9913, a total of 9 times from 15-Sep-07 through today, 20-Nov-07. I have the date and time of every call and what was discussed between us each time. She consistantly tells me that she is working my case and that my money should be credited to my bank account in 48 to 72 hours. This still has not happened.

I asked today to speak to her supervisor, Sabrina was on the other line, and her helper said that Sabrina is the supervisor and there is no one above her, but she would have Sabrina call me back. Sabrina didn't call back, nor has she ever in the last 8 calls I've made where she said she would. I am being lied to and cheated.

Her false accusations should be considered false advertising or failing to keep a promise in a business deal; isn't that illegal? I feel that her telling me that she is working my case, and other things she says she will do for me, is just a way/method for her to get me off of the phone and end the call. When I ask her about the failed promise the next time I call, she just makes up an excuse about why it wasn't completed and tells me another proposed date and time she will have refunded my money; and of course that doesn't happen either.
