Worldwide Preferred Publishers Service They will not take me off of their list/ cancel my subscription. Redondo Beach California

I cannot get these people to take me off of their list.
I have requested them to do so several times. I have even sent them a note with my bill payments and they have failed to do what I have requested.

A few weeks ago someone from there called about my debit card payment (my checking account was broken into and overdrew big time so all of that was out of order.) and I told them that I would just send in a check, but to cancel my subscription. The person I talked to said that that was costomer service's area and they would have to call me back, but no one has.
I have even been you their site and tried to contact costomer service through there, but nothing has happened.
I even sent them a note requesting them to cancel the subscription and take me off their list and I thought maybe that would work, but I got another bill in the mail today and the magazines keep comming.
