Copy of last letter sent 6/12/2007
I have received by mail another notice of violation of agreement from your company requesting I pay around $1,000.00 for past due balances. Last month it was $165.69. As I previously stated I tried numerous times to call to resolve this matter and again no one ever answers the phone. The recording just keeps repeating or hangs up when one chooses an option. I tried 4 times today already in 3 hours to no avail.

I have previously faxed copies as directed by your voice mail program of correspondence to my bank on March 13 and April 2 requesting the debiting to be discontinued from my account. I have continued to attempt numerous times for several months to contact your company regarding this matter. The number I had available on my bank statement never was answered.

I reiterate I did not have any invoices or other means to locate an alternate phone number to contact you so I contacted my bank to assist in stopping further money from being debited from my account. I never signed anything or received anything from your company explaining your program. I only spoke with someone on the phone and gave them my account information. Your company promised free gas for signing up.

However, when I did not receive any paperwork or information regarding the subscriptions I attempted to notify your company that I wanted to cancel the subscription for the magazines. I was even sent ones I know I never wanted or asked for. I will not pay for magazines I do not want or did not receive. Your company makes it impossible to be contacted and should fully disclose your method for canceling poor and unwanted service. I asked in my previous fax to be contacted by phone to clear this matter. However, no one ever returned a call to me or my mother.

I am still receiving unwanted magazines from your company despite having asked the subscriptions be canceled. I am a single male and have no desire for female glamour magazines or tabloids. I will no longer send them back as refused. I am holding onto them as evidence of your continuous attempt to extort money after numerous notifications to your company to unsubscribe me. I do not know how to state this any clearer. Stop sending magazines! Stop sending exorbitant bills!
