Consolidated Media Services , CMS ripoff dishonest camoflaged wording untruthful false promises screwed others too Atlanta Georgia

Like many of the other complaints about this comapany it seems that thier customer service represenatives use camoflage wording, and basically side-step the iussues. My wife had been told that she would get a confirmation call within the hour, in which time she told me about the deal and agreed that when the confirmation call came she would cancel. That call came two days later while she was on her way out the door, she told the represenative that she would like to cancel but was told that it was too late and she would have to write the company. My wife requested the represenative call back in the evening so she could have more time to have a better understanding. We did not receive a call back. A week later we received a $40 charge on our account and within a few days an agreement form. We sent back the form with cancelation request, called to confirm cancelation but was on hold for 45 mins (gave up). Received a call two weeks later from an cms represenative wanting to give us a better deal on more magazine orders. Talking to three represenatives and a supervisor they WILL NOT CANCEL. Another charge is on our account and have been told we are "LOCKED IN". I myself am calling right now, have been on hold for 1 1/2 Hours.
