What we were offered:

Free computer, $7500 low interest credit card, cell phone, free sattelite system, and many other benefits.

What we Paid: $299.00 service fee for all the benifits above and more.

What we got:

A packet containing application forms for all the things we were promised, which also included fees of their own. (except for the "free" computer) there was no application or information included on that.

When we were called by the salesman, he basically promised us the moon and stars until we finally said yes and paid the fee. We were very upset to find when we received the package that none of what we were promised was going to happen unless we paid out even more money to all the various business that they sent us applications for. So we sent the package back as per their instructions for their money back guarantee, and have been getting the run-around from them for over 9 months now. All they ever tell us is that it has been submitted to the accounting staff for refund payment, and that they can resubmit it if we want them to but it will restart the whole process and thus take longer.

They will never let you talk to a manager, nor will they give you any other phone numbers to different departments so that you can try to resolve the matter by talking to someone of higher authority. My best guess is that they simply want you to give up so that they can keep all your money, and they know it will most likely happen because they target people in financial trouble with limited income and resources, who can't hire an attorney to get to the bottom of the problem.

I still have photo copies of all the documents they sent me, and hope to be able to use them to help exact some measure of revenge at some point.
