The same thing happened to me also!! I got a call from FRC telling me that because I was in good standing with my credit card that I had won a 1000.00 online shopping spree. All I had to do was order the magazines and the 1000.00 was mine. I Was told I just had to make 2 payments of 39.90 one now another in 6 months.
I never received the gift card or a bill from them.
Last night I got a call a very from rude man telling me I owned FRC 1200.00! When I told him what I had agreed to he called me a lair. He also told me that they had a voice recording of me agreeing to their terms.

He told me that the terms were 40.00 a month for 30 months; then again I told him that's not what I agreed to. He told me to call him today so I could hear my recording. I didn‘t call him because I already know what he going to say.
I have emailed and called the BBB and told them how I was scammed. Somebody will be getting back with me in 48 hours..
