Family Readers Club Magazine SCAM continues to debit bank account after consumer cancelled order Norfolk New York

I received a phone call to purchase magazines. I requsted them to send me information in the mail for my review.

Upon receipt of the letter, I notified the company that I wasn't interested. I was told to sign the letter and return it within three days.

I sent the signed letter within the three day period to cancel the subscription but my bank account was debited anyway.

I never received any magazines so I assumed my request to cancel had been honored.

My account was debited again without my permission the following month and I still have not received any magazines.

I followed the directions to cancel the subscription and I do not want the magazines however I am contiunally being charged for services that have not been provided to me.
