Smash Mouth Sports and Jim Fiest's National Sports Services are an absoulte FRAUD! To anyone who may be thinking of purchasing anything from them don't! I have had thousand's of dollars charged to my credit cards in promise of services that their representatives were going to provide that I never got.

The first thing they do is pressure you into giving a voice recorded message authorizing them to charge your credit card. They claim to be putting everything in writing, and that you will receive a "contract" spelling everything out for you in the mail. However, big suprise! You never receive such document. Secondly, they send you this waiver form via e-mail. Once you sign it and fax it back, they claim that they now got you. NO turning back! The company made up fraudulent telephone bills, telling my credit card company that I was still receiving services when I in fact was not ( this was proven by my cell phone records). Smash Mouth Sports are liars and "CON-MEN" everyone beware.
