This company advertises on Craigslist posting as a Legitimate Call Center. They take your deposit and then there is no communication. They never even started our campaign, on top of that they would not send us back the leads we provided.

They do this to company's all the time because they can get away with it being located in the Philippines. These guy's are giving the BPO industry, and all Filipino's a bad name.

I just hope this report get's out to anyone else who is considering doing business with these scam artists. Our company is out the deposit we paid them and our time,leads and the clients we have lost.

I will never outsource to the Philippines again.

Wow! your rebuttal is very interesting to say the least, litnik. When I read your reply it seems that you can offer nothing but excuses and blame to the very clients who are keeping you in (??) business.. Your justifications are that Australians are hard to understand, that the quality that was expected was too high and you therefore had to have managers double checking the leads - that you were "patient with the campaign" and then end the whole nonesense blurb with im too busy building my new business in Costa Rica???
That is very encouragining to potienal clients,
"Hey, we are good but dont give us any Australian clients, dont expect a decent quality - and be prepared - because even though you are hiring us for a job we may get impatient with you and not bother sending ANY leads that we have made you pre - pay for! And Im too busy to talk because Im busy setting up something else that is of more intrest to me at the moment"
ARE YOU SERIOUS???
Get some goddamn biz sense

I also did business with litnik communications they are a scam!

I also paid an upfront ammount for a required number of leads to be generated through telemarketing. They took the money and messed me around for weeks almost loosing clients for me! They kept making promises that they would send the leads and never did. I allowed them weeks to make things right again and they then ignored me and made no attempt to rectify the situation, it was then that i asked for a refund and it was refused!!!!


This company gives telemarketing in the phillipines a terrible name and should be shut down and made to pay back anyone they have ripped off! Below i have posted the last conversation i had with litnik communications on skype... you can see for yourself that these smooth talkers were ignoring me and were aware that they owed me leads!!!!!


DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! RIP OFF!

I have now proceeded through paypal to claim my moneys owed. Litnik have now even ceased contact with paypal and i assume they would have taken all funds from their paypal account by now! I just hope this warning saves other businesses from being ripped off by this useless company!

             At least let us be honest here.

             Robbie, you were asking our service COLD CALLING
             for residential in AutraliA. The campaign was calling
             residential and offer them a free insulation
             in their house. The house must be built before 2003.

             You provided the calling list data since your company offered it
             but it the calling list data you provided were not good.

             Our company policy "No operations without advance payment"
             This is to save our company's interest since we have been dealing
             with a lot of scammers who were asking for our service
             but they dont have plant to pay even single penny.....

             Remember:We are paying our agents in a very competitive rate
             in Philippines and they are class A agents here.
            It is a great opportunity of businesses that they can get quality
            service for only $4/hour

                         Please NOTE, we are willing to give you a freedom to talk to
             our existing clients in conference and they can give you comments on how
             satisfied they are in our service and HOW  THANKFUL THEY ARE IN OUR  SERVICE WHICH most of them SAYS MUCH MORE BETTER THAN AMERICAN AGENTS

            You have interviewed the agents Robbie, you were complementing the
            accent of the agents. But sad to say, Australian is very hard to understand.
            Their are 20 agents working in Manila and you said they gave you 120 leads
            6 days a week which means they are making only 20 leads/day/20agents
            and you were happy about it.

            You gave us a quota of 8 leads/agent/day. We tried our best
            to give you the quota you needed but it was frustrating since the calling list
            data you provided were not good. Most specially, the agents were very frustrated
            and did their best to reach the quota. That is why, eventhough the customer is not qualified they qualify it
            since they are pushed by the team leader.

           But, our quality assurance always assures the quality of the leads and at the end
           of the dialing only 5-8 leads are approved by the Quality Assurance Department our of 30-40 that the agents put in qualified despo

          We were patieNT with your campaign eventhough the VOIP for Australia
          charge us a lot. We still did our best and asked 8-10 agents to
          make calls eventhough you paid only 5 agents since during that times you were always asking 100 leads per week..
         
          YOU KNEW YOU PAID ONLY 5 AGENTS AND YOU KNEW THAT YOUR 20 AGENTS WORKING IN MANILA
          ARE ONLY MAKING 120 LEADS A WEEK THAT IT EVEN MAKES YOU HAPPY

          We dialed more than the hours you paid. We gave you the quality leads.
          Do not compare 5 agents with 20 agents in Manila because if we can provide 20 agents then our agents will make more leads.

          I AM ALWAYS CONTACTING THE CLIENTS, I AM GOING TO COPY PASTE OUR
