Pro2Pro Network is a service where we schedule mutually beneficial referral relationship opportunities for professionals (Financial Advisors, Chiropractors, Dentists, Divorce, Family, Tax, Elder Law, Estate Attorneys, Credit Repair Specialists, Podiatrists, Optometrists, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Brokers/Agents, General Practitioners, Physical Therapists, CPA's, Accountants, Plastic Surgeons, LASIK Eye Care Specialists, and more.) with other professionals of their choice in their city/town.
The clients in our Pro 2 Pro Service have geographically exclusive zip codes. We set up mutually beneficial referral relationship opportunities for our clients with other professionals who have expressed an interest in wanting to meet with and/or work with them. We provide coaching, systems and strategies to help the client nurturing the relationships and maximize the results form the service.
Pro2Pro network was started by Dr. Len Schwartz. Since 1999, Dr. Len has worked with over 4,000 doctors/professionals in North America. We are committed to helping professionals automate the growth of their practice by offering consistent marketing, networking, and press and publicity solutions. He teaches professionals how to strategically market themselves, so they become the best known, most recognized, most respected and most utilized professional of their specialty in their town.
Once a professional shows interest in joining Pro 2 Pro Network, they are taken through a “qualifying process”. This process involves speaking with our Vice President to discuss all of the details of our service. The prospective client receives information, insight and greater understanding about what we do and how our service works. In order for the prospective client to join our service, they must read, sign and fax in our agreement which explains exactly what they will receive while in the Pro 2 Pro Service. No detail is left out.
After the client becomes a member of the service, they receive a “Welcome Package.” Within this package is a form that every client must fill out. It includes specific questions about the client, their office, a section where they fill out who they do NOT want to meet with and a list of professionals they DO want to meet with. If a client chooses not to meet with a specific professional then we will NOT set up that meeting.
Every meeting that we set up for our client(s) is set up with another professional who has an expressed an interest in wanting to meet and/or work with them. These meetings provide our clients with an opportunity to secure a referral relationship with another professional in their town, AND a way to establish themselves as the best known, most recognized, most respected and most utilized professional of their specialty in their town.
The client is aware that immediate results are unlikely, and that is why we provide them with our proprietary follow up/nurture strategies.
