Qualified Leads Inc, Todd Richardson, Teresa Mccarthy Be warned about qualified leads inc Phoenix Arizona

I contacted Todd Ricchardson of qualified leads inc, regarding a $995.00 30 hour piot program of appointment setting. At first everything appeared okay, they assigned me an Account Manager Teresa Mccarthy, she had me fill out a profile detailing my campaign, they put together a boiler plate script, and e-mailed a call list. First, the call list was not in the geographics, so I called to clarify. Second, they revised the list w/ 1000 leads, 600 or more of which were not my demographics, so augmented the list with my own leads. Several weeks later w/ no contact, I called again.

Because of the holidays (thanksgiving) she said was a notorius slow time ( which I agreed) she said they would start calling after Thanksgiving. I e-mailed her stating maybe the begining of the year would be better. She said no they would start after thanksgiving. I then started recieving the call staus reports noting 3 calls the first day,2 calls the second day,1 call on the 3rd day, 8 on the 4th, and 1 call on the 5th for a totall of 15 calls.

During this time I was callng about concerns on how the progress, requesting a conference via e-mail from day one with no avail... no call back, no e-mails, nothing from either Todd Richardson Managing Director, nor Teresa Mccarthy account manager w/ explainations. I have been trying to contacting them ever since. I paid roughly for approximately $67.00 for each call, inwhich the marketer never even asked for the appointment. A call would have sufficed. Qualified Leads inc, is the biggest waste of money, the company, lacks anything resembling quality, customer service, nor professionalism... Be advised!
