SECURED MARKETING REQUEST PAYMENT IN ADVANCE & FAILES TO RENDER SERVICES Springfield, Massachusetts

We were refered to this company as an affordable method to start a professional telemarketing campaign. We contacted Lisa Shaw and were advised how simple and effective their system would be. She asked for payment by a check faxed in advance to cover the setup fees and that a business name list would be purchased and a script written. She asked we provide the demographics of the market we want to work with and to fax all information back to her. Upon doing so several weeks past with no response or action. I began calling repeatedly and finally spoke to a lady named Christina.  She promissed she would look into the delay and report back but never called.  Again, we called repeatedly and always were told someone would call back. They answere the phone "Marketing" but seem evasive when asked who they market for. The bottom line is we've been ripped off by this company, paid $750.00 dollars upfront and have received nothing in return.
