T3 Direct did not fulfill their contract with our investment firm. We signed up with them for their 401(k) appointment setting program. They would set appointments for busy professionals like us with key plan decision makers. On their website they use terms such as "hassle free", "100% guaranteed", and "get results."

We used their appointment setting services, went on 20+ appointments and generated zero results. Most appointments were cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute which cost us a lot of money in travel time and fuel. They continually made excuses as to why the appointments were not kept. We were promised meetings with decision makers. Most were with people who were not part of the decision making process OR were not interested in our services but accepted the appointment so the calls would stop. When we brought this up to T3 Direct, they would make excuses - "well, the person told us they were a decision maker" or "you need to be more pushy to get the deal done." Well, those people either lied to T3 Direct and/or T3 Direct was too dumb to figure out that a HR asst is not a decision maker. It seemed like they would set the appt with anyone willing to meet so they could get paid.

In the end we spent nearly $10k and didn't get any business done. Keep in mind that our group has closed a lot of business deals using other resources, so we're no rookies here. T3 Direct owes us at least $2500 in refunds/credits and has refused to pay us. I recommend that you stay away from them. We realized that they were no better than similar companies like 401(k) Exchange - a lot of hype, tons of excuses and finger pointing when things don't work out, and little to no results.

T3 Direct Called Me to Pitch their Services

AUTHOR: Edward - ()

POSTED: Friday, May 24, 2013

Glad I saw this review on T3 Direct!  They called me pitching their services and was contemplating using them until i saw this report.

You mentioned you have used 'other' business resources (telemarketing companies) that we reliable and honest.

What companies do you recommend and have used that are reliable, honest and 'productive' in terms of generating 'valid' appointments?

Thanks for your assistance!

T3direct don't waste your time and money

AUTHOR: Marc Megh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, June 23, 2012

sounds like a typical response from a company in trouble. keep blaming your customers for your failures. you cannot accept that your company has cheated many people out of their money. you have bogus guarantees and claims on your website. you have create fake positive reviews for your company. i looked up a lot of the positive reviews for t3 direct and the people either don't exist or their only occurrence is on a t3 direct positive review. other people have figured this out too. you can keep lying and lying, but the truth is out there about your company. why did rick in columbus use a different name or city? maybe because he wants to be anonymous. when you threaten to sue everyone you show how poorly run your company really is. a good company doesn't sue its customers, it works things out. you try to say that maybe rick in columbus is a poor salesman and maybe he is. but why did you accept his money and keep selling to him then? i'm here in california and got bad service from t3 direct. are you going to sue me? bring it on!! check out the other complaints people who have figured this out. and before you go about insulting people jut remember that your company is in modesto calif, the armpit of ca. well, that's wrong because that's an insult to armpits. don't call out other people when your house if a mess.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE RECENT REVIEWS.as soon as t3 direct found out about bill van ess's review they made fake reviews to cover up the bad review. all these reviews are coming from the same IP address. they do not do good enough business to get good reviews from their clients so they make up fake reviews. beware do not do business with a company who goes out of there way to deceive clients. for more reviews look here

Terrible Service - I would NEVER recommend T3 Direct marketing services to anyone, other than possibly my enemies! Terrible customer service experience....scheduled appointments on dates I said I was not available, charged me when I asked for no further charges, took forever to reset appointments....like a month if they ever got around to it. I recently paid for 2 appointments that did not develop, and since T3 decided to cancel our contract I get to eat the $400 fee I apid for the appointments...nice business practice! This experience was a huge waste of money...don't get hooked by their smooth sales pitch! Learn from others who have been burned!

MaxBaJoined - March 16, 2011I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN. I paid over 1200 dollars for 6 appointments, and 4 of them fell through. They still have not replaced the other 4 appointments. they said I did actually go to the appointment, and that once I see it online in there portal, it is final, basically they accused me of getting the info then once I got the lead info, they accused me of acting like it fell through. they are dirty and don't play fair. So I got stuck paying 1200 dollars for 2 appointments, with companies that were not even within the guidelines I wanted them to be in.

I was looking at recent reviews of T3 direct and I wanted to get in contact with JMS INS Company

by Jimmyz wcins at Citysearch,

I found out that the user name Jimmyz wcins is based out of Modesto, CA the same city where T3 Direct is located. Yet there is no JMS insurance in Modesto, CA, JMS insurance is located in Walkerton, IN.

T3 is creating fake good reviews on various websites around the web. They specialize in Search Engine Optimization. So they made sure when you do a search you find the good reviews made from fake companies and fake accounts. to cover up the bad reviews that are from real people and real companies.

Beware before doing business with these people. . If they can write fake good reviews about themselves. what does that tell you?

How long has this company been in business? and all of a sudden in the last 2 months they have all these reviews? seems kinda fishy.

also andrew357 says he is from chicago on his comment, that gives t3 direct a good review.

but if you look at andrew357's profile it says he is from modesto, CA the same city where t3 direct is located.

what a shame, t3 direct coming up with fake reviews to deceive possible clients.

take it from someone who has been burned, dont do business with these guys.

INVESTIGATION COMPLETE: FAKE COMPLAINT

AUTHOR: Response at T3Direct - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, June 22, 2012

Investigated: This false claim has been investigated, resolved and given to the legal department for action.

During the course of the investigation, it was revealed that T3 has never had a client named Rick from Ohio.

The investigation also determined the true identity of the fake complainant and they are now facing legal action and being sued by T3.

T3 sets thousands of face to face sales appointments each year and rarely gets complaints but when there is one, the protocol is to immediately listen to all recordings and address the credit request immediately.

f there is a mistake, then the appointment is replaced with no questions asked.

As part of the investigation all of the recordings of all appointments were painstakingly reviewed and the investigator was unable to find a single instance of T3 not fulfilling their contract.

In addition, the credit card company also confirmed the charge-back was bogus and awarded T3 the monies.

Again, the author of this fake complaint is currently under litigation for libel and slander.

Complaint Resolved After Investigation: FALSE CLAIM

AUTHOR: Response at T3Direct - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, June 22, 2012

T3 Direct has never done business with any Rick from Columbus OH.

That alone leaves only two possibilities for this complaint.

1.This is a competitor making false claims in an attempt to take business

2. The author of this complaint is a rookie has little to no sales experience in general and especially within the financial services arena, and does not want anyone to have his/her accurate information to prove such.

Based on the information from the complainant above, it is probably the latter.

If the author truly has a legitimate complaint/concern he/she should have the character to not only stand behind their statements, but also be willing to other individuals.

This person is a liar and a coward who does not have the courage to use his real name or tell the truth. He is the exact kind of unethical, lying thief that makes running a business so challenging in America.

He is probably an extremely poor business person and salesperson, apparently under the impression that people sign contracts without being presented a value proposition or any benefits.

T3 Direct is investigating server records and the IP logs to better determine who this complaint came from.

This false claim has been investigated, resolved and given to the legal department for action.

T3 Direct has been providing appointments for the financial industry for the past 11 years and has numerous clients throughout the United States repeating their orders on a weekly basis.

T3 Direct stands behind is services and guarantees, if you have any questions or would like more information please feel free to contact us at anytime.
