I was contacted by the following companies to try their services. I agreed to the minimum charges for each with totaled $13.95. I never received any information in the mail on any of the services. When I received my bank statement they had automatically transferred $624.75 from my account.

I have contacted them numerous times and have gotten several different excuses for why I haven't gotten my money yet. They sent me a check authorization form which I sent back. Then they told me it would be 10-14 days for my refund. Then they couldn't figure out why the accounting department hadn't processed it yet so they would investigate it and that would take 72 hrs. I called again after 72 hrs and they said my refunds had been "expedited." I then should receive my refund in 10 business days. I started this process on February 12, 2004 and today is May 10th and I still haven't received any refund.
