MYTELESERVICES, INC./at&t Accessed my phone number and is successfully in billing me for a voicemail that i already have with at&t. Minnapolis Minnesota

I hardly ever open my statements because I pay my bills online. well, today I decided to open up my phone bill to see if i was getting credit for my lifeline. however, the first thing i notice was the amount of my bill, $25.00 more. i looked in the itemized section and found charges from two companies i never heard of.

I called at&t and said, i would have to call the number proviided because they do not have anything to do with that service. well, check to see how long this has been going on. Would you believe for five months.

I said, what do you mean? I have service only with you not with a second and third party. Well, miss as i said before you will have to call that service and get a confirmation number then call us back. I am furious at htis point!

I called Myteleservices, Inc. and told this man that i did not order any voicemail with them and to cancel this service and futhermore take these charges off for the past five months. His response, that would be no problem.

By the way, at&t said I need a confirmation number. Again he said, no problem and that I should see a credit on my next billing staement. I asked, how in the hell did this happen anyway? his response, I don't really know.

I called at&t back and gave the the confirmation number. The customer service said I should see a credit in the next billing cycle. I asked, how do at&t allow a second and third party to be able to bill me for something that i already have with them just like that.

Miss I just work in the billing department and I do not know. Well, miss there should be a law against my privacy with at&t. Is there anything else I can help you with?....
