This sorry company 8x8 lied to me. There sells department lied to me saying that they telephone features that they just don't have. They do not have warm call transfer and they can't even dial out to 641 area codes. Now how sorry is that. And then what put me over the top was it took them 45 days to refund me my money back. Also, they charged my credit card twice during the 30 day free trial. It was a crazy! And then, when I returned the phone they told me that my tracking number was invalid at first, so I had to get on the computer to look up the tracking number myself to prove them wrong.

 

PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH 8X8.  THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SERVICES THEN THEM.

I to have had a lot of problems with 8x8 service and hardware failing, bad quality VoIP, yearly auto renew that can’t be refunded if you are one day late trying to change service and the fees you pay don’t cover the taxes. Not happy with them and now I have them 11 more months or lose all the money I paid. This is not a good company.  If there quality and service was so good why they don’t refund the difference if you want to change providers.  The sad part is I because I have had bad quality phone service I have been looking and testing and have found better quality VoIP from an inexpensive little device.

Between dropping calls and the robot sounding calls i am not happy 

now 8x8 might say that it’s my internet connection is the problem but i have 20mb down  and 5mb up that’s   20000kb down and 5000k up  from my cable internet provider and one more thing other phone providers quality doesn’t give me problems.
