I to have had a lot of problems with 8x8 service and hardware failing, bad quality VoIP, yearly auto renew that can’t be refunded if you are one day late trying to change service and the fees you pay don’t cover the taxes. Not happy with them and now I have them 11 more months or lose all the money I paid. This is not a good company. If there quality and service was so good why they don’t refund the difference if you want to change providers. The sad part is I because I have had bad quality phone service I have been looking and testing and have found better quality VoIP from an inexpensive little device.
Between dropping calls and the robot sounding calls i am not happy
now 8x8 might say that it’s my internet connection is the problem but i have 20mb down and 5mb up that’s 20000kb down and 5000k up from my cable internet provider and one more thing other phone providers quality doesn’t give me problems.
