Advanced Business Services / ILD knowingly acting as go between for companies they know are cramming!!! They state that they just are the billing company but with the thousands of complaints they are complicit in this, Internet

After reviewing several of our business telephone bills we found over $180 a month being charged to our bill.  We called the company ILD that was listed on our bill and they stated that I would have to call the company that they were billing for because all they were was the billing company.  I contacted these companies and was promised a refund of all bills which equaled over $800 total for the last 5 months.  To date have gotten $180 refunded.  I complained again to ILD about there policy of being the middle man for these scam companies and they once again stated that they cannot control what these companies do.  I then called ATT who agreed to put a block on all unauthorized charges and after 3 months it appears to have worked.  ILD needs to be put out of business or fined for running interference for these scam companies who are soaking millions from business owners who never realize this.
