BroadVoice, Inc. broadvoice.com Fraud, illegal charges after canceling service Billerica, Massachusetts

I transferred my existing phone number from Broad Voice to Vonage, and even after my number transferred to Vonage on 12/06 the company Broad Voice charged my debit card the amount for the service provided for the period a head  from 12/06/2011 on 01/05/2012 without my Authorization and without provide de service because my number is already install and running with Vonage since 12/06/2011.

Pay attention to broad Voice company they says the customers should inform the Broad Voice 10 days before canceling the service but you cant canceling your service on to your number be transfer to the new company, so if you canceling the service before your number be transfer it can not transfer the number to another company.
 if you request the transfer of your number by another company Broad Voice will charging their service without provide telephone service because they dont have your number any more.
but they still charge the service without offer the service.

I have proof that my service was canceled on 12/06/2011. Provide from BroadVoice.
