Comm South ripoff dishonest ripoffs fort smith Arkansas

My sister, that lives in a small town 35 miles south, took a $39.00 money order to Comm South on November 25,2000. She waited until January 2001 for phone service, when she never got service she took her bussiness somewhere else.

She told me she has been calling every week trying to get her $39.00 back, but keeps getting told "the checks in the mail". She asked me to call for her today, I didn't have the number so I looked in my Fort Smith phone book. Guess What? They are no longer in Fort Smith.

I found the 800 number on a search engine and called them. They said I would have to call back in an hour, "the computers were running really slow, even the supervisors".

All I can say is Thank God they are out of our town, we don't need their kind in our town.
