Enhanced Services Billing Inc Representing Residential Email, LLc And Total Protection Plus, LLC Scamed on my phone bill--unknown, and unrequested services billed thru at&t by Enhanced Services and Billings Inc Internet

Recently to save money on my phone bill, I called to change my plan. Upon examining my phone bill more closely I discovered that I was paying for services I neither requested nor wanted. I called the number listed for Enhanced Services Billing Inc and was told that they only do the billing and was given numbers to contact Residential Email, LLC and Total Protection Plus, LLC.

I called the first number and the heavily accented person to whom I spoke could not explain the service to me but said I had signed up for it. I told her I had not requested this service and I wanted it canceled immediately. She said I would see it removed within one to two billings and she took my email address and said she would confirm this by email.

This has not happened. I called the second number and was told they were closed for the holidays. I called at&t and they inform me that I have to have these companies cancel in order to get this off my bill. If they don't know who these people are why are they letting them bill us through them. If at&t won't stop this scam I will be canceling them and looking for another server and will not be paying their bill. I've been scammed for over $300.00 because I trusted that what I was paying was for my phone service. Wish I had looked closer sooner.
