I was reviewing our Qwest phone bill and discovered a charge $8.43 for service providers ESBI ETS-LAURENTEL (Billview.com & OAN Services, Inc - adigitalvillage.com)? They informed me it was our long distance carrier and that we could have a toll free number. We have never authorized any long distance company to give us service and I have no need for a toll free number. I called the toll free number listed for ESBI-ETS and was able to get the charge removed from my account. In talking to a representative from Qwest, they could not answer as to why or how ESBI-ETS was able to access my Qwest account and make these charges. But I do understand that I am not the only person who has had this problem with Qwest and ESBI-ETS.
