ESBI, Rocket Communication False third party billing through your phone company Palm Harbor Florida

On October 22nd I recieved my Embarq phone bill with 12.95 charged as third party billing from ESBI on behalf of Rocketcommunication. The fee was for VMAIL and EFAXING. I have neither, of course, so the billing was surprising. Even more surprising was the electronic voice on the other end of the phone when I tried to call the 888-300-3724 number. The furthest I could get was them requesting me to cancel my service. I did not cancel, since I had no service with them to begin and I was worried that cancelling service would make it seem as though I agreed that I did have service at one time. I am still trying to talk to a real person, and not a machine. I am hopeful that Embarq will be more willing to work with me on this and will wipe out the charge.
