I accidentally discovered that I had unauthorized charges on my Verizon phone bill. Luckily I had not put a stop to my paper bills or I would not have noticed the charges.

The Verizon employee helped me contact Voicexpress and they said they would refund the charges. The Verizon employee asked about October's charges also. I did not even know they had charged me in October and November. They got off the phone quickly.

When we tried to contact ESBI they said they were closed for the holiday, even though it was Dec. 26th, what holiday is that? I e-mailed ESBI and they responded that they would contact me within 5 business days. We'll see. I am not too optimistic after reading the rest of these rip-off rports.

I will absolutely be reporting all listed companies to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and anybody who can help in any way. My question is, why is this still going on? And does it have some connection to ordering merchandise over the Internet? I never had this happen and recently I have ordered some products over the Internet, so...I hope I can get my money back.
