Excel does not slam our customers

AUTHOR: Valerie - Alma (U.S.A.)

As a new Excel Managing Representative, I can speak from experience, not only as a customer, but as a team member. What you are speaking of is referred to as "slamming"....which is impossible, because you MUST have first spoken to someone to be signed on for any service whatsoever with Excel. There is paperwork to be signed etc. Slamming is a forbidden practice within Excel, and we can lose our well earned status if caught doing so.

Exshill Communications: Slammer, meet the HAMMER!!!

AUTHOR: Fraud Hammer X - Hammertown (U.S.A.)

Valerie, my poor little sheep. You are new to Excel but you speak from experience? I am a documented 52-0 versus shills and have jousted with smart ones, clever ones, fat ones, young ones, you name it. Take it from me, then, when I say that you are the STUPIDEST shill I have ever run across!

Your company slammed this unsuspecting lady, and all you have to say for yourself is that it's impossible? BULLCRAP! You did it, you did it, I can't believe you did it but indeed you did!

You tell your bosses at Excel that Fraud Hammer X is gunning for them, and that if their reputation is clean they'll need to get past me to prove it. Take this with you the next time you polish their apples. It's a happy little ditty called FRAUD HAMMERTIME and its for their domes, straight up: POWWWWW!

Excel uses Third Party Verification on prevent slamming

AUTHOR: Len - Deerfield (U.S.A.)

Excel introduced Third Party Verification to elimainate slamming. All of the customers go throught his verification process with a third party during their sign up process.

I have gone through this myself when signing up for services. My customers also go through this. As an Independent Representative for Excel, I am not allowed to be on the phone with my customer during this process. This is an extra protection since the customer is asked for personal information.

An unscrupulous Excel representative can get around this process only by knowing the necessary personal information about the person they are signing up. This information may include SSN and credit card.

Since putting Third Party Verification in place, Excel has completely eliminated fines or other regulatory probelms associated with slamming.

Fraud Hammer X I'm sorry

AUTHOR: Kyle - Oconomowoc (U.S.A.)

Fraud Hammer X I hate to say it but you introduced yourself as though you are intelligent but your comments speak differently of you. I don't think that your ignorant self should be calling Valerie "the STUPIDEST shill I have ever run across!" that is pretty rude and shows your ignorance in itself. I also am not quite sure why you assumed that the person who wrote the original rip-off is female, they left no name or anything to make a person believe that. I just thought that you should think before you speak next time.

Thanks,
