i have worked for this company quite a few years and remember this employee quite well! this young man is bitter, although he was treated well. his boyfreind was allowed to work with him in the same department and all was quite well until they broke up and disrupted the entire dept. ergo, they were let go.
mr. michaels is a very well liked man in the community. he coaches several different childrens sports, as well as sponsors.he is a family man with well adjusted children (some have excelled to top sports positions).
he gives constantly to the community food banks, toys for tots, canned food drives and so forth. he knows all his employees by name and has an open door policy. he gives access to all employees his personal phone numbers, and listens to what they have to say.
he treats us with respect and all he asks in return is 100% percent of your time when on the clock, just as any other company would expect. he has been there for many employees helping them out of tight personal problems.
he awards and recognizes top performers each and every month with trophies, cash, days off with pay, and gift cards. He also has a lunch catered for the entire company once a month, and each month a different department sits in the conference room with mr. michaels for open discussion.
i dont know of any other company owner who takes time out his busy schedule to get to know his employees. He even has a masquerade party with large cash prizes for best costume. there is no identity theft, stealing, or mistreatment of employees from mr.michaels.
he just refuses to put up with those who gossip, or cause trouble in his company and always says, im sorry it did not work out, please leave dont come back we part as freinds. i have personally witnessed this. misty
