Somehow, this company gets a hold of your debit card number and/or credit card number and makes charges between $30 up to $250 or more.

I access my bank account via internet and saw two charges: (1) $30 and (2) $250. I've never done any business with this company, nor have I ever requested any services or solicits from them.

When I called the reference telephone number (323) 817-3218, that was listed on my account (with each deduction), of course, I got someone from Bombay, India who could hardly speak any English. Both reps gave out American names such as Randy Peterson and Nick N. What a crock!

I argued that I've never done business with them and that those charges were made onto my account without authorization. They credited my account back for the amount; however, do to the fact that at the time, my account did not have the balance to cover either transactions, my bank charged my nsf fees twice!

This company is a rip-off!
