BEWARE

magicJack may work, but is a total sham when you consider most of us pay for service and right so, expect to receive some modicum of assistance if we put out our hard earned money.  Well let me share with you my story and you decide, after all you are the buyer and as the old American adage says;

"Buyer Beware"

I purchased a magicJack this afternoon hoping to set it up before my trip to the US for medical reasons.  Now, I will just use my cell phone instead and pay for the service I am getting.

Anyhow I digress; Sorry....  In Short I get it home and have nothing but trouble connecting it.  So I look for help, but as I find, so are thousands of people.  I feel and share your pain.  Secondly I get escalated and after already wasting time I am waiting 35 minutes with no one typing to me.

The second part, as I resolved my first one, by simply waiting even though I was getting errors their server (bonus) is smarter than the employees there.

I needed a Canadian number (The consider it a Vanity #)  They want to charge $10.00 per year extra.  Not for a vanity number, mind you, but for having a Canadian number and then if I would like a vanity number MORE.....

Anyhow, No support, Wasting money, Wasting time, Just a waste.

AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE...  Save your money..  Other companies are out there, I will work on finding out who they are,  Check out www.cdoc.ca, and check it out.  I will post it there.
