MagicJack IS A RIP OFF AND DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!! Internet

I ordered MJ on 7.22.2009 and for the whole week I tried getting this device to work CLEARLY! Not happening, so I tried to call the company with no avail, they have no customer service telephone number. You can only do an online chat with them.

After 2.5 hours in an online chat they could do nothing to help me. Therefore, I asked if they could send me a new device. Now, I already have $50 wrapped up in this one and they wanted another $39.99 for the replacement device. I must mention I am only a week into my "30-Day Trial" period.

This company did nothing but cause me a bunch of grief and aggrivation and I got nowhere with them.

it is clear to me they advertise this stupid device that does not work and make millions! Over 400,000 of these devices were sold in less than 6 months because the pricing was so low. Let me tell ya... You get what you pay for and in this case, you pay $50 and get nothing but a huge headache and a non-working device and your stuck with it...

I do not care who wants to rebutt this report - I guarantee that your device (if you even have one) has STATIC and BEEPING sounds or it simply disconnects you.
