Mapnad Viatel Cons, Business Office Systems & Solutions ripoff, fraudulent charges Midland Texas

Sent ripoff / fraudulent charges out of nowhere. Seemed clearly fraudulent b/c the first bill came from collector agency right away.

When I called and asked for an itemized report, they said I have to promise to pay first before they would send me itemized charges.

I told them I thought their charges were fraudulent and thy got really nasty w/ me. Needless to say, I did not pay.

They are clearly fraudulent, as the amount of complaints filed against them would inidicate.

The scheme seems to be that the provider is Mapnad Viatel Cons, while the collector is Business Office Systems & Solutions.

It's pretty clear that both are one-and-the-same company.
