MCI Long Distance told me they would send me an $80 Check if I switched over to their company. I did, and the check never came. I called customer service, and the woman was rude. She basically told me TOUGH SHIT! She refused to give me her name or her employee identification number. I told her I was going to switch back to my old company, and she said "FINE!" I wish I had that call on tape. I never received a check.
