Norvergence ripoff Newark New Jersey *EDitor's Comment ..Class Action lawsuit useless

We too would be interested in joining a class action law suit. Our finance company is GE and before they sent us two UPS notices that we were expected to pay the remainde of the lease, we informed them we were cancelling our obligation.

Norvergence never PIC'd over all our lines and never paid for all our local calls. We told them we were terminating the contract for lack of performance. The following week they went belly up.

Count us in on any lawsuit.
