OAN Services, Inc.--ASC Telecom, Inc.Long Distance phony phone bill charges

I received a phone bill from my previous address two months after I moved. It had a bill from a phone co. for one minute that cost a total of $11.18. It was a collect call from a state that we know no one from.

I called the co. they said we had to have accepted the call or we would not have received the bill. The best they could do was knock off $4.95. That did help but I just don't believe we owed them anything. For the simple fact we don't know anyone in N. Carolina.

Besides $11.18 is a bit to high for a one minute call to or from anyone. It just seems a little odd after we had already paid our final bill with our phone co. sometime ago.
