We received our CenturyTel phone/Internet bill and noticed 2 long distance charges of $19.95 each. Both were made at 12:00 A.M. Both had 0 min., and both had the call was placed to Easy VoiceMa.
On the bill, below the call detail, it read that if we had any questions, to call PaymentOne, Inc. billing on behalf of Member's Edge - 888-238-5118. We called the number, and they knew right away what we were complaining about.
They said that they would take off the charge, but we never could get them to tell us what the charge was for. All they said was that it was some survey we might have taken on the computer that charged us.
If we wouldn't have noticed this on our bill, we would have paid $40.00 extra.
