Qwest Total rip-off Package

In July of 2001 I was contacted by a Qwest repersentative who sold me a Qwest wireless phone and a new total package deal. This package was suppose to cost 59.99 a month and this price included my cell phone, home phone and all the calling features.

Plus if I bought my cell phone at this time they were offering a 20.00 cash rebate and a 30.00 Visa voucher to off-set the price of the phone.

The representative told me this was a great deal because my cell phone would be almost free after getting the 50.00 credits. (VISA AND CASH REBATE)

Well, I received my phone and my first phone bill was almost 250.00. It is now Jan. 2002 and I never receieved the gifts that were promised to me.

I called several times and now they say I am not entitled to the rebates because I bought my phone 2wks. before this special. I told them the name of the rep. that contacted me, his phone number and i.d. number. THEY DON'T CARE!!

They told me there is nothing they can do about this. Plus ever since I receieved my cell phone I have spent hours on the phone with them trying to fix my phone bills.

Getting a phone from these people was a total nightmare that won't end until my lease is up in JULY 2002!!!

Every month my phone bill is a nightmare.........you never know how much it is going to be. (It was never 59.99, not even once) Sincerely, Ronda Schott
