Qwest Wireless Tom the "wannabe" manager ripoff contract fraud terrible service and products corruption Denver Colorado

I had no idea when I purchased cell phones from Qwest the hell I was about to sign up for. My first mistake was allowing them to tie the plan together with my home phone.

Regretabbly Qwest is my only option for a home phone. Since I got this plan in November, the cell phones have been turned off repeatdly, in fact the have been off more than on.

I pay the entire bill and they can't figure out how much goes to wireless and how much to my home phone. They are still trying to charge me a $200 cancel fee even though they readliy cash my checks!

Just yesterday after paying my account in full, I found they had turned the phones off again! I got this complete idiot named "Tom" who said he was a manager, would not give me his last name or his location due to security.

Well he's probably smarter than I give him credit for-because after talking to him, if I could of found him he did need to worry about his safety. Qwest as a company is the most pompus, corrupt company I have ever dealt with. It should come as no surprise that they are almost bankrupt and I can't think of anyone more deserving.

They want another $300 plus a security fee-although it has all been paid and I have checks to prove it. I have contacted my attorney. I'm cancelling the cell phones today-even though they will try to stick mw with a $400 fee.

They need a few good attorneys because they gave broken every line of their contract and by cashing my checks they have committed fraud!

Anyone who has any ideas and wants to get in on a class action lawsuit, please comment.
