T-mobile Ripoff Fraud and invasion of privacy Tampa Flordia natonwide

my 13 yr old son downloaded ring tones & wall papers from a p2p site on both of our phones. I was not aware, but something funny was going on w/my phone. calls were being rerouted to people stating that my number was their number, my phone was showing not secure and under root cert abt 12 compainies appeared 1 of them was VerSign, just so happen the same company that fraudently billed my credit card 2 months in a row. csr's were so rude and I am a manager of a call center for time warner i really expected more! i spoke to about 20 reps techs supv managers that swore there is no way to monitor my calls. Then my phone numbers stored in my phone dissappeared, all my personal pictures disappeared, my ring tone, wallpapers, caller tunes, and games were gone. I had been a customer of t-mobile for over 5 yrs. i was told to purchase new sim cards for both phones which eneded up costing $120.00 changing the phone numbers 3 times. Unable to contact my disabled son on a cold chicago night only to be told i was on their blacklist w/jamster & since my son was 13 I would not be charged. I now have a $527.00 bill and a letter stating i made a threat to blow up a call center in omaha which is a lie there is so much more to this story.....
