Teleproviders, Inc. is nothing more than a scam to rip off companies.  They claim to manage telecom projects, but they hide alliances and partnerships with major telecommunication providers, LEC's and CLEC's and instead make most of their profits in referral fees and bribes. President and Founder Jason Sharek also shakes down and extorts people when he doesn't get his way. He threatens the use of sites like scambook.com & theripoffreport.com to coerce others into giving in based on fear that he will ruin their reputations.

Despite claims that he can count Time Warner Cable, The Cannery Row Company, OC Marketing, Imagine Technologies, Quagga, eOnIPVoice Inc, Nova Biomedical, Lightyear Network Solutions, Consultedge Inc, Covina Police Department, City of Newport Beach, Calibre International Inc, URS Corporation, ICON Laboratories, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and being a
reseller for PAETEC, TelePacific, AT&T, XO, Quest, Rackspace, Earthlink, Level 3, Cogent and others, these guys are really just a bunch of thugs and common criminals. They are said to be associated with ACN and other MLM/multi level marketing scams.
